1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tala77 ("tala77," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the tala77 online gaming platform, accessible at tala77.cam, and all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game on the tala77 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a tala77 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR's regulatory framework and Philippine law. tala77 enforces strict age verification through the KYC process.
• Geographic Eligibility: You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay. tala77 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• Exclusion Lists: You must not be listed on any PAGCOR-mandated exclusion register or any self-exclusion list maintained by tala77.
• One Account Per Person: Only one tala77 account is permitted per individual. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any additional details required for KYC verification. tala77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided during registration.

3 Account Management

Your tala77 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. tala77 will never request your password via any communication channel.

You must notify tala77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised. tala77 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or have shared them voluntarily with a third party.

tala77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity
• Request by a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the tala77 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). tala77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

All deposited funds must be used for gaming on the tala77 platform and may not be transferred between player accounts. Deposits made in error may be reversed upon written request, subject to tala77's verification and processing procedures. tala77 does not charge deposit fees but acknowledges that individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

tala77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that exceed thresholds established under applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations. Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source may be suspended pending review.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from tala77 accounts are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Wagering Completion: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-funded winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.

Processing times for withdrawal requests are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 1 to 3 banking days, subject to standard Philippine banking schedules. tala77 does not process withdrawals on Philippine public holidays declared by the national government without prior notice.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

tala77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before associated funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players with verified tala77 accounts who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Time Limits: All bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion's specific terms. Unclaimed or expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games on the tala77 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, bingo, and sports bets may contribute at a different rate than slot games, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless tala77 specifies otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: tala77 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the tala77 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable game rules. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail.

tala77's non-live (RNG) games use certified random number generation systems that are independently audited. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers operating from licensed studios under PAGCOR-compliant procedures.

Where a malfunction, technical error, or communication failure occurs during gameplay, tala77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. tala77 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Sports betting results are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body of each sport. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, tala77's decision — made in good faith with reference to official sources — shall be final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tala77 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

1. Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one tala77 account, whether under the same identity or under falsified identities.
2. Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud tala77 or other players, including through chargebacks, false payment disputes, or manipulation of game outcomes.
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer format.
4. Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, artificial intelligence betting tools, or any software that automates gameplay or wagering decisions without explicit written approval from tala77.
5. Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the tala77 platform by any person under 21 years of age.
6. Money Laundering: Using the tala77 platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
7. Impersonation: Registering or accessing an account in another person's name or using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.

9 Responsible Gaming

tala77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on its platform. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a mechanism for resolving financial difficulties.

tala77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tala77 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, audio, and video content — is the intellectual property of tala77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tala77 platform for your personal and non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any tala77 content without prior written authorization from tala77.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tala77's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tala77 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tala77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tala77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the tala77 platform, whether or not tala77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

tala77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and tala77's Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tala77 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data during transmission. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and tala77 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

13 Amendments to These Terms

tala77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a prominent notice on the tala77 platform, with reasonable advance notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the tala77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the tala77 platform and may request account closure in accordance with these Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the tala77 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact tala77's customer support team to seek resolution of any dispute informally. tala77 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, tala77 is also subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures for matters that fall within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's prescribed procedures.
